Namuo ang tensyon sa pila ng mga magbabayad sana ng bill sa Meralco sa Pasay City dahil nangamba ang mga nakapila sa ilalim ng sikat ng araw na hindi na sila abutan ng cut-off.
Wala kasing malinaw na anunsyo ang Meralco kung sino ang aabutin ng cut-off at kung sino ang babalik kinabukasan.
