Malakanyang nagpaabot ng pakikiramay sa pagpanaw ni dating Senador Tessie Aquino-Oreta
Nagpaabot ng pakikiramay ang Palasyo ng Malakanyang sa mga naulila ni dating senador Tessie Aquino-Oreta.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, kinilala si Oreta sa kaniyang karera sa public service.
“Our sincerest condolences to the family, relatives, friends, and colleagues of former Senator Maria Teresa “Tessie” Aquino-Oreta who passed away yesterday, May 14, at the age of 75,” ayon sa pahayag ni Roque.
Nanilbihan aniya si Oreta bilang senador ng bansa noong 11th at 12th Congress.
At kongresista noong 8th, 9th at 10th Congress.
“May perpetual light shine upon the late Senator, and that her soul, through the mercy of God, rest in eternal peace,” ani Roque.
