Sa pagbubukas ng mga klase sa August 24 duda ang marami kung handa na ba ang Department of Education (DepEd) para dito lalo at mayroon pang pandemic ng COVID-19.
Nakukulangan si Senator Sherwin Gatchalian sa paghahanda ng DepEd para sa pasukan.
Ayon kay Gatchalian dapat matiyak na lahat ng 27 milyong learners ay ligtas sa sandaling magbalik-eskwela sila.
