Nais ni Laguna Governor Ramil Hernandez na mabigyang-linaw kung bakit manananatili ang Laguna sa pag-iral ng Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine.

Sumulat na si Hernandez sa Inter Agency Task Force para humingi ng paglilinaw.

Nilinaw naman ng provincial government na hindi sila aapela at walang balak kwestyunin ang pasya ng IATF.
