PNP, mananatiling nakataas sa full alert status bunsod ng Typhoon Ambo

Mananatiling nakataas sa full alert status ang Phillipine National Police kasunod ng posibleng pananalasa ng Typhoon Ambo sa ilang parte ng bansa.

Ayon kay Police Brig. Gen. Bernand Banac, tagapagsalita ng PNP, ipinag-utos na ni PNP Chief General Archie Gamboa sa lahat ng unit commander na makipagtulungan sa Disaster Risk Reduction Management Councils.

Layon aniya nitong matiyak ang kaligtasan ng mga residente sa mga maaapektuhang lugar ng Typhoon Ambo sa gitna ng kinakaharap na COVID-19 Pandemic.

Magpapatuloy din aniya ang istriktong pag-iral ng quarantine guidelines sa mga apektadong lugar katuwang ang local government units at iba pang law enforcement agencies

“Amid challenges faced by the PNP, it will remain resolute and ready for disaster preparedness and response operations to protect lives and properties from Typhoon “Ambo” as it continues to defend our citizens from COVID-19,” pahayag ni Banac.

Tiniyak nito na lahat ng PNP response operations para sa Typhoon Ambo ay susunod sa minimum health standards tulad ng pagsusuot ng face masks, face shields, gloves, social distancing, regular na paghuhugas ng kamay, paggamit ng alcohol at sanitizers, at iba pang paghahanda sa bagyo at pandemiya.
