Napagkasunduang pagbabago sa ECQ hindi inilahad sa public address ni Pangulong Duterte

Tinapos ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang 45 minutong public address nito nang hindi natatalakay kung anong naaprubahang rekomendasyon sa umiiral na enhanced community quarantine.

Sa kaniyang pahayag sa publiko may mga pahiwatig lamang ang pangulo na bahagya nang pagagaanin ang pag-iral ng lockdown.

Binanggit ng pangulo na ang pagpapagaan sa restrictions ay hindi nangangahulugang wala na o nasawata na ng Pilipinas ang COVID-19.

“For those who will be allowed to go out, at for those na hindi pa talaga pwede, remember na itong ‘pag ease up ng restrictions, hindi iyan ibig sabihin na wala na ang COVID,” ayon sa pangulo.

Inatasan ng din ni Pangulong Duterte ang IATF na tiyaking na mauunawaan ng mga orinaryong indibidwal ang mga kategorya ng mga papayagan na at hindi pa papayagang lumabas-labas

Si Presidential Spokesperson Sec. Harry Roque aniya ang maglalatag sa publiko ng mga napagkasunduan at gagamitin niya ang PTV-4 para ilahad at ipaunawa ito sa sambayanan.
