Nais na ni Mayor Isko Moreno na umiral ang general community quarantine sa Lungsod ng Maynila.
Kasabay nito, hiningi ni Moreno ang kooperasyon ng mga taga-Maynila para hindi na tumagal ang pagpapatupad ng enhanced community quarantine.
Nilinaw naman ng alkalde na susundin pa rin nila kung ano ang magiging desisyon ng Inter-Agency task Force (IATF).
