E-market project na Community Mart, ilulunsad sa QC
Ilulunsad ang e-market project na Community Mart sa Quezon City, araw ng Lunes (May 11).
Ayon sa Quezon City government, layon nitong makabili ang mga residente sa lungsod ng sariwang pagkain mula sa mga pampubliko at pribadong pamilihan online.
Kasunod anila ito ng tinatawag na ‘new normal’ sa gitna ng COVID-19 crisis.
Ang nasabing e-market project ay sinimulan ng opisina ni Vice President Leni Robredo.
Ayon kay Mona Celine Yap, pinuno ng Small Business and Cooperatives Development Promotions Office (SBCDPO), dapat maging handa ang mga tindero na maka-adapat sa magiging pagbabago sa pagbebenta sakaling alisin na ang enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) sa May 15.
“We are optimistic that Community Mart will serve as springboard for our businesses to climb to a higher level via the digital world. Its business principles will help enterprises become innovative to compete and maintain customers, and will keep the local economy dynamic,” ani Yap.
Sinabi pa nito na kinausap din ng QC LGU ang tricycle operators and drivers associations (TODAs) para makapag-deliver ng orders mula sa mga oamilihan patungo sa mga bahay.
“In the foreseeable future and following new guidelines after ECQ, daily earnings of tricycle drivers and operators may decline. Community Mart gives them an opportunity to earn additional or alternative source of income,” pahayag pa ni Yap.

Aniya, isa itong “win-win situation” para patuloy pa ring kumita ang mga local vendor at makapagbigay ng sariwang pagkain sa mga residente nang mas madali at ligtas.
Ilulunsad anh Community Mart sa Kamuning Market, kung saan maaaring kumuha ng orders sa Barangay Obrero, South Triangle, Kamuning, Mariana, Sacred Heart, at Laging Handa.
