Petisyon ng ABS-CBN vs NTC sa Lunes na ira-raffle ng SC

Itinakda ng Korte Suprema sa May 11, 2020 araw ng Lunes ang raffle sa inihaing petisyon ng ABS-CBN laban sa Telecommunications Commission (NTC).
Ayon sa SC, natanggap nila ang petisyon ng network na humihirit ng Temporary Restraining Order sa utos ng NTC kahapon, May 7 alas 3:16 ng hapon.
Hinihiling sa nasabing petisyon na pigilan ang inilabas na cease and desist order ng NTC laban sa network.
Ayon sa SC, sa Lunes malalaman kung sino ang magiging member-in-charge sa petisyon.
