Mga expired na driver’s license may dalawang buwang palugit para mag-renew

Pinalawig ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) ng dalawang buwan ang renewal sa mga expired na driver’s license.

Ayon kay LTO assistant secretary Edgar Galvante, walang ipapataw na penalty ang kanilang hanay sa mga expired na driver’s license.

Iiral lamang ang validity ng mga driver’s license sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng enhanced community quarantine o general community quarantine.

Ayon kay Galvante, magiging limitado lamang muna ang operasyon ng LTO kahit na tanggalin na ang ecq para masiguro na maususnod pa rin ang health protocols.

Ikinukunsidera naman ng LTO ang pagbubukas ng mga tanggapan sa araw ng Sabado para maayos ang backlog.
