Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, maari namang humirit ang ABS-CBN ng temporary restraining order sa Court of Appeals (CA) o hindi kaya sa Supreme Court (SC).
Sinabi pa ni Roque na maari ring kalampagin ng ABS-CBN ang Kongreso para maipasa ang kanilang prangkisa.
Aminado si Roque na hindi prudent ang pagpapasara sa ABS-CBN lalot may kinakaharap na krisis ngayon ang bansa sa COVID-19.
