Naitalang temperatura sa Quezon City, pumalo sa 37.3 degrees Celsius
Naging matindi ang naramdamang init at alisangang panahon sa Metro Manila, araw ng Martes (May 5).
Ayon sa PAGASA, pumalo sa 42 degrees Celsius ang heat index sa Science Garden, Quezon bandang 3:00 ng hapon.
Umabot naman sa 37.3 degrees Celsius ang air temperature sa nasabing lugar at kaparehong oras.
Sinabi ng weather bureau na ito na ang pinakamainit na naitala sa Science Garden ngayong panahon ng tag-init.
Dahil dito, pinayuhan ng PAGASA ang publiko na dalasan ang pag-inom ng tubig at iwasan ang physical activities tuwing tanghali at hapon.
