Ito ay sa kabila ng banta ng COVID-19 pandemic.
Sa video ng Senado, makikita na lahat ng dumalong senador sa sesyon ay nakasuot ng face mask at gloves.
Mayroon ding nakahandang face shield sa bawat lamesa ng mga senador.
Magkakalayo rin ang mga lamesa para masunod ang physical distancing.
Nasa 15 senador ang dumalo sa sesyon.
Kabilang dito sina Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III, Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto, Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri at iba pang senador na sina Nancy Binay, Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa, Sherwin Gatchalian, Christopher “Bong” Go, Richard Gordon, Panfilo “Ping” Lacson, Lito Lapid, Manny Pacquiao, Grace Poe, Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., Francis Tolentino, at Joel Villanueva.
