ECQ guidelines nilabag ni dating Sen. Jinggoy Estrada kaya inaresto – Mayor Zamora

Walang kinalaman sa pulitika ang pag-aresto kay dating Senator Jinggoy Estrada sa San Juan kahapon, May 3.

Ayon kay San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora, dinala sa presinto si Estrada dahil lumabag ito sa guidelines ng enhanced community quarantine.

Wala kasing quarantine pass si Estrada kaya hindi ito dapat lumabas ng kaniyang bahay.

Isa pa sa nilabag ni Estrada ayon kay Zamora ang direktiba ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) na nagsasabing sinumang grupo o indibidwal na nais mamahagi ng relief goods ay dapat makipag-gunayan at kumuha ng certification mula sa lokal na pamahalaan.

Ayon kay Zamora ilang araw nang namamahagi ng bangus si Estrada sa mga barangay sa San Juan at hindi ito sumusunod sa tamang sanitasyon.

Ang bangus na ipinamamahagi ay hindi nakabalot ng maayos, hindi nasusunod ang social distancing at ang ibang taong nagtutungo sa kaniyang pamamahagi ay hindi nakasuot ng face masks.

Ani Zamora nakalulungkot na bilang isang dating mambabatas ay hindi sumusunod sa batas si Estrada.
