Staff ni Sen. Hontiveros, nagpositibo sa COVID-19
Tinamaan ng COVID-19 ang isang staff ni Senadora Risa Hontiveros.
Sa inilabas na pahayag ng senador, sinabi nito na nagpositibo sa COVID-19 ang kaniyang chief legislative officer na si Atty. Jaye dela Cruz-Bekema.
Napag-alaman aniyang positibo sa nakakahawang sakit ang abogado limang araw matapos makunan sa ika-18 linggong pagbubuntis noong April 25.
Nakasailalim na aniya ang abogado sa self-quarantine simula nang ipatupad ang enhanced community quarantine.
Hindi na rin nito nakasama ang senador simula noong March 9.
Sinabi pa ng senador na tumatalima ang abogado sa lahat ng panuntunan ng Department of Health (DOH) sa home-based COVID management.
“Rest assured, our office is doing all that we can to support her and attend to her needs. We would also like to ask for your prayers for Atty. Jaye during this difficult time,” dagdag pa ni Hontiveros.
