25 sanggol tinamaan ng COVID-19, 6 ang nasawi – DOH

Mayroong 25 sanggol sa buong bansa ang tinamaan ng sakit na COVID-19.

Sa nasabing bilang ayon sa Department of Healt (DOH) anim ang pumanaw.

Ang pinakabatang COVID-19 patient sa ngayon ay ang isang 9-day old na sanggol sa Cebu.

Sa ngayon ayon kay Health Undersecretary Ma. Rosario Vergeire, wala pang malinaw na basehan na ang COVID-19 ay naipapasa ng buntis na ina sa sanggol sa kanilang sinapupunan.

Ang mga sanggol na tinamaan ng COVID-19 ayon kaky Vergeire ay maaring na-infect matapos silang maipanganak.
