Dalawa arestado matapos mahulihan ng kahon-kahong alak sa Cagayan

Arestado ang isang nursing aid ng Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC) at isang negosyante dahil sa pagpuslit at pagtinda ng alak sa kasagsagan ng lockdown sa lalawigan ng Cagayan.

Ayon kay Police Chief Jefferson Gannaban ng PNP Gonzaga, kinilala ang dalawang sspek na sina Ernan Cariño, 35 anyos, nursing aid at ang negosyante na si Jim Joseph Mangahas, 31 anyos na kapwa residente ng Barangay Casambalangan sa bayan ng Santa Ana.

Sakay ng SUV sina Cariño at Mangahas na mayroong nakapaskil na DOH Health Worker Pass sa windshield ng kanilang sasakyan.

Unang nakatanggap ng report ang pulisya sa umano’y pagtitinda ng alak ng dalawang suspek sa Barangay Calayan.

Sa checkpoint sa boundary ng Gonzaga at Santa Teresita ay naharang ang dalawa pero nagtangka silang tumakas kaya nagkaroon pa ng habulan hanggang sa Barangay Pateng, Gonzaga.

Nakuha sa kanila ang 26 na kahon ng Ginebra San Miguel (250ml).

Nahaharp sila sa kasong usurpation of authority, resistance and disobedience to an agent in person.
