Binati ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang ang mga nakapasa sa 2019 Bar examinations.
Sa inilabas na pahayag, sinabi ni Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque ang araw na ito ay isang “life-changing moment” para sa Bar passers.
Pinaalalahanan nito ang mga bagong abogado na gamitin ang batas para protektahan ang karapatan ng mga tao.
“As our successful examinees enter the legal profession, please keep in mind that they studied law because of their ideal that the legal profession is a “noble profession.” Lawyers pledge to uphold the law at all times and use it to protect people’s rights. I, therefore, strongly urge all to bring life to this ideal,” ani Roque.
Hinikayat din ni Roque ang mga bagong abogado na ikonsidera ang pagkuha ng career sa gobyerno.
“As we wish all the incoming lawyers all the best, we hope that many after taking their oaths and signing the rolls would consider a career in government. This would be a great opportunity to give back to the community earning the privilege to practice law in the country,” dagdag pa nito.
Payo naman ni Roque bilang law professor sa mga hindi nakapasa, huwag panghihinaan ng loob at patuloy na maniwala sa kanilang passion.
