312 OFW mula Ethiopia, nakabalik na ng Pilipinas
Nakauwi na ng Pilipinas ang mahigit 300 overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) mula sa Ethiopia, araw ng Miyerkules (April 29).
Ayon sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), nakauwi ng bansa ang 312 OFWs sa pamamagitan ng chartered flight.
Ang mga repatriates ay nagtrabaho sa isang railway project sa Ethiopia.
Sinabi ng kagawaran na sinagot ng employer ng mga OFW ang chartered flight pauwi ng bansa.
Pinangasiwaan naman ng Philippine Embassy sa Egypt ang biyahe ng mga OFW katuwang ng ilang partner agencies at mga otoridad sa Ethiopia.
