Pitong hotline numbers ang itinalaga sa lungsod ng Maynila para matawagan ng mga residente na may tanong tungkol sa COVID-19.

Ito ay upang mas mabilis na matugunan ang concern ng mga residente.

Paalala naman ng lokal na pamahalaan sa mga residente, dapat ay lehitimo ang kanilang mga tanong na isasangguni sa mga numero.
