WATCH: Kakulangan sa workforce, security concerns ilang dahilan kung bakit naaantala ang pamimigay ng ayuda – DSWD

Ipinaliwanag ng Department of Social Welfare and Development ang ilang dahilan kung bakit nagkakaroon ng delay sa pagbibigay ng cash assistance sa ilalim ng Social Amelioration Program (SAP).

Ayon kay DSWD Secretary Rolando Bautista, maraming benepisyaryo ang nakatira sa malalayo at liblib na lugar.

Binanggit din ng kalihim ang kakulangan sa workforce at security concerns na may presensya ng ilang rebeldeng grupo.
