Nasa siyam na ang napaulat na COVID-19 positive patient sa Olongapo City.
Sa update ng hanggang 6:00, Lunes ng gabi (April 27), walang itinuturing na probable case habang 63 naman ang suspect case.
Sa nasabing bilang ng suspect case, 54 ang lumabas na negatibo.
Hinihintay pa naman ang resulta ng pagsusuri sa nalalabing 46 na suspect case.
Sa ngayon, tatlo nang pasyente sa Olongapo City ang gumaling sa COVID-19.
