Bilang ng health workers na nagpositibo sa COVID-19, 1,245 na
Nasa mahigit 1,000 na ang bilang ng health care workers na tinamaan ng COVID-19 sa Pilipinas.
Ayon kay Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire, hanggang 4:00, Lunes ng hapon (April 27), 1,245 health care workers na ang nagpositibo sa nakakahawang sakit.
Sa nasabing bilang, 471 rito ay mga nurse habang 464 ang physician o doktor.
Narito naman ang naitalang kaso sa iba pang medical worker:
– nursing assistants – 69
– medical technologist – 41
– radiologic technologist – 25
– midwives – 10
Samantala, sinabi pa ni Vergeire na 27 ang pumanaw na health worker bunsod ng COVID-19 pandemic.
Kabilang aniya rito ang 21 doktor at anim na nurse.
