63 bagong kaso ng COVID-19, naitala sa Cebu City Jail

Tumaas pa ang bilang ng tinamaan ng COVID-19 sa Cebu City Jail.

Ayon kay Mayor Edgardo Labella, 63 ang panibagong napaulat na nagpositibo sa nakakahawang sakit sa Cebu City Jail.

Dahil dito, pumalo na sa 207 ang kabuuang bilang ng COVID-19 pandemic sa naturang kulungan.

Sinabi ni Labella na mahigpit na nakikipag-ugnayan ang Cebu City Health Department sa Bureau of Jail Management & Penology (BJMP) para sa pag-adopt ng immediate measures upang mapigilan ang pagdami pa ng kaso sa pasilidad.

Tuloy din aniya ang isinasagawang contact tracing, testing at confinement protocols ng CCHD sa Cebu City Jail.
