Dahil umiiral ang enhanced community quarantine walang natatanggap na water bill ang mga customer ng Manila Water.
Dahil dito inilunsad ng Manila Water ang SMS Bill Inquiry Service.
Ayon sa Manila Water mas simple at mas mabilis na ang paraan upang malaman ang current water bill.
Para malaman ang water bill, kailangan lamang mag-text ng MW <space> BILL <space> CAN <space> Last 8 digits of Contract Account Number at ipadala sa 225600.
