Inihayag ni Muntinlupa City Mayor Jaime Fresnedi ang kaniyang personal na opinyon hinggil sa enhanced community quarantine.

Aniya, kung palalawigin sa ikalawang pagkakataon ang ECQ, maaaring may ilang negosyo na makapagbukas na.

Tiniyak naman nito na tatalima ang Muntinlupa LGU kung ano ang ibabang direktiba ng gobyerno ukol sa ECQ.
