Ito ang naging pahayag ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang sa mga dayuhan na tumatangging sumunod sa ipinatutupad na enhanced community quarantine sa buong Luzon.
Ayon kay Presidential spokesman Harry Roque, malinaw ang mensahe ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na ang ECQ ay ipinatutupad sa lahat, mayaman man o mahirap, at sa Filipino o dayuhan.
Kung ayaw aniyang sumunod, lalo na ang mga dayuhan ay maaari na aniyang umalis ng Pilipinas.
Iiral ang enhanced community quarantine sa buong Luzon hanggang sa April 30.
