AFP kinumpirmang na-diagnose na may mental disorder ang sundalong nasawi sa shooting incident sa QC

Kinumpirma ng Philippine Army na mayroong mentla disorder si Private First Class Winston A. Ragos ang sundalong nasawi sa shooting incident sa Quezon City.

Sa pahayag ng Philippine Army nagpaabot ito ng pakikiramay sa pamilya at mga naulila ni Ragos.

Sinabi sa pahayag na noong November 2017 si Ragos ay nabigyan ng complete disability discharge sa military service.

Mayroon siyang natanggap na pensyon at iba pang tulong matapos siyang ma-diagnose na may mental disorder.

Si Ragos ay nasawi matapos barilin ni Police Master Sergeant Daniel Florendo Jr. sa Barangay Pasong Putik sa Quezon City noong Martes.

Bigla na lamang umanong nagsisigaw si Ragos at tila naghahamon.

Nang umaktong tila bubunot si Ragos ay binaril ito ni Florendo ng dalawang beses.

Ipinag-utos na ni Lt. Gen. Gilbert I Gapay, Commanding General, Philippine Army na magsagawa ng imbestigasyon ang kanilang Army Judge Advocate sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa PNP para mabigyan ng hustisya ang pagkamatay ni Ragos.
