Mga lumalabag sa ECQ agad nang aarestuhin ng PNP

Sisimulan na ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang mas istriktong pagpapatupad ng enhanced community quarantine.

Ayon kay PNP chief, General Archie Gamboa ang mga mahuhuling lumalabag sa umiiral na ECQ ay hindi na iisyuhan ng warning kundi agad na aarestuhin.

Ang mga maaaresto ay sasampahan ng reklamong paglabag sa RA 11469 o Bayanihan to Heal as One Act.

Partikular na tututukan ng PNP ang Metro Manila, Region 3 at CALABARZON.

Kasama sa babantayan ang mga lumalabas ng bahay ng walang suot na face mask, lumalabas ng bahay kahit walang quarantine pass at mga hindi sumusunod sa social distancing.

Sa datos ng PNP, simula noong March 17 umabot na sa 98,986 ECQ violators ang na-warningan; 6,168 ang napagmulta; 31,363 ang inaresto kung saan 2,467 ang nakakulong pa at 24,248 ang nakasuhan na.

Sa kabuuan, sa nakalipas na 35 araw ay umabot sa 136,517 ang naitala ng PNP na ECQ violators.
