Molecular Laboratory ng Philippine Red Cross nagsimula nang mag-operate; 1,437 na samples ang naisalang sa testing sa unang araw

Sa pagsisimula ng operasyon ng Molecular Laboratory ng Philippine Red Cross umabot sa 1,437 na samples ang naisalang sa testing.

Ayon kay Red Cross Chairman at Senator Richard Gordon, sa nasabing bilang 992 ay galing sa Research Institute for Tropical Medicine o RITM.

May kasunduan kasi aniya ang Red Cross at RITM na tutulong sila sa naturang ospital para sa pagsasagawa ng testing.

Sa 992 na samples mula sa RITM, 37 ang nakitang positibo sa COVID-19.

Sa mga susunod na araw ayon kay Gordon, ay target nilang makapagsagawa ng 1,000 tests kada araw at inaasahang makapagtatayo pa sila ng dagdag na laboratoryo.
