334 na OFWs sumasailalim sa mandatory quarantine sa dalawang quarantine ships

Mayroong 334 na Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) ang sumasailalim ngayon sa mandatory 14-day quarantine sa dalawang quarantine ships na nakadaong sa Pier 15, Port Area, Manila.

Nitong weekend, mayroong siyam na OFWs na nai-turnover na sa OWWA at sa kabilang manning agencies.

Habang mayroong buntis na OFW ang dinala sa ospital dahil manganganak na ito.

Ang 334 na OFWs ay pawang landbased at seabased workers mula Brunei, Brazil, Cayman Islands, France, Indonesia, Netherlands, Qatar, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, at Vietnam.

271 na OFWs ang nasa unang quarantine ship habang mayroong 63 sa ikalawang quarantine ship.

Mga tauhan ng Coast Guard, MARINA, DOH at Bureau of Quarantine ang nangangasiwa sa mga barko.
