Fully operational na ang central isolation facility sa Valenzuela City na Balai Banyuhay.
Ang nasabing pasilidad ay gagamitin sana bilang drug rehab center pero ginamit ito bilang quarantine facility ngayong may krisis sa COVID-19.
Ayon kay Mayor Rex Gatchalian, ang mga pasyente sa Valenzuela na magpopositibo sa localized mass testing ay agad inililipat sa Balai Banyuhay.
Mayroong mga doktor at nurse na kumakalinga sa mga pasyente.
Bawat pasyente din ay binibigyan ng care pack at hygiene kit at pagkain araw-araw habang sila ay nasa Balai Banyuhay.
