FDCP bibigyan ng cash assistance ang mga freelancer sa audio-visual industry

Magbibigay ng tulong-pinansyal ang Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) sa mga manggagawa sa audio-visual industry na apektado ng enhanced community quarantine.

Ayon kay FDCP chairperson Liza Diño Seguerra, dahil sa lockdown, maraming events, shoots, cinema screenings ang nakansela.

Labis aniyang apektado nito ang mga Freelance Audio-Visual Live Performance Worker.

Sa ilalim ng DEAR Program o Disaster Emergency Assistance and Relief Program ng FDCP target na matulungan ang 5,000 freelancers na hindi nakakapagtrabaho.

Prayoridad ang mga low-income earners.

Ang mga kwalipikado ay tatanggap ng P8,000 tulong-pinansyal.

Kabilang sa sakop ng programa ang mga “freelance” na talents at on-cam performers, production staff, technical crew, writers, editors, reporters, at photographers.
