354 Pinoy seafarers mula Amerika, nakauwi na ng Pilipinas
Nakabalik na ng Pilipinas ang mahigit 300 Filipino seafarers mula sa Miami, USA.
Sinalubong ng ilang opisyal ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) ang 354 seafarers sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1, araw ng Miyerkules (April 15).
Inayos ng Philippine Embassy sa Washington DC, katuwang ang UPL manning agency, ang chartered flight para makauwi ng bansa ang seafarers.
Nagmula ang panibagong batch ng repatriates sa Carnival Cruise kung saan 76 crew members ay mula sa MV Ecstasy, 104 sa MV Dream, 49 sa MV Glory at 125 sa MV Sunshine.
