DICT maglalagay ng libreng Wi-Fi sa mahigit 30 COVID-19 facilities
Kabilang sa lalagyan ng W-Fi connections ang quarantine areas at lodging areas para sa frontliners.
Ayon sa DICT, ito ay para mabigyang pagkakataon ang mga frontliner at mga pasyente na magkaroon ng komunikasyon sa kanilang pamilya.
Kasama sa lalagyan ng libreng Wi-Fi-ang Ninoy Aquino Stadium (RMSC) sa Maynila; Leyte Provincial Emergency Operations Center sa Palo, Leyte; COVID-19 Center for Central Visayas sa Sacred Heart School–Ateneo de Cebu; at Incident Command Post/Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) against COVID-19 sa Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.
Ang limang accredited COVID-19 testing centers sa buong bansa ay mayroon nang access sa free Wi-Fi.
Ito ay ang Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) sa Muntinlupa City, San Lazaro Hospital sa Maynila, Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center sa Cebu City, Lung Center of the Philippines sa Quezon City, at Western Visayas Medical Center sa Iloilo City.
