Kabilang ang mga tricycle driver sa mga apektado ng enhanced community quarantine dahil sa COVID-19.

Ilan sa kanila, nabubuhay na lamang sa utang at tulong.

Dahil dito, personal na inasikaso ng Singkamas Tricycke Operators and Drivers Association o TLS TODA ang aplikasyon ng kanyang mga miyembro para makatanggap ng tig-P8,000 mula sa Bayanihan Fund.
