Sa DSWD magreklamo at hindi sa social media – Nograles
Sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) at hindi sa social media dapat magreklamo ang mga local government official o indibidwal na hindi makatatanggap sa social amelioration program ng pamahalaan para sa mga naapektuhan ng COVID-19.
Ayon kay Cabinet Secretary Karlo Alexi Nograles, tagapagsalita ng Inter-Agency Task Force on Infectious Diseases, hindi ang Facebook, Twitter o Facetime ang solusyon sa mga reklamo.
“Kung meron po kayong gustong i-appeal sa DSWD, wag po kayo pumunta sa Facebook or sa Twitter or sa social media or sa Facetime or sa kung saan saan kasi hindi makakarating yan at hindi po yan yung proseso. May appeals system po tayo. May mekanismo po tayo, yun ang gamitin natin,” pahayag ni Nograles.
Pakiusap ni Nograles sa mga kinauukulan, ibigay ang nararapat na ayuda sa mga benepisyaryo.
“Ngayon kung may mga hindi napagbigyan, then that’s the time you go into the appeals system. And then titignan po natin kung yung iaappeal niyo ba ay pasok o hindi. Without guarantees. Kasi iccheck pa natin yan sa database,” pahayag ni Nograles.
