BOC nakapag-release na ng mahigit 5,500 na PPE shipments

Umabot na sa 5,594 ang nai-release na PPE shipments ng Bureau of Customs (BOC).

Kahapon, April 6, 237 na PPE shipments ang nai-release ng ahensya.

Ang mga shipment ay naiproseso sa NAIA, Cebu, Clark at sa Limay, Bataan.

Simula noong March 9, 2020 ay tiniyak na ng customs ang same-day release sa mga PPE shipment na dumarating sa bansa.

Ito ay para masigurong mabilis na makararating sa health care workers ang mga PPE at iba pang medical equipment na kanilang kailangan sa pagtugon sa COVID-19.
