Samantala, inilabas ang Warrants of Seizure and Detention (WSD) District Collector Ruby Alameda laban dito dahil sa paglabag sa Republic Act No. 10863 o Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA) na may kaugnayan sa Republic Act No. 9165, o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
