Globe magpapautang ng load sa subscribers
Dahil sa enhance community quarantine na umiiral maging ang pagpapaload ay problema ng mga residente.
Ang iba hindi makalabas para makapagpa-load ang iba naman walang mabilihan ng load.
Dahil dito nagpasya ang Globe na maglunsad ng load at promo loans kung saan ang mga Globe at TM subscribers ay pwedeng makautang ng load.

We understand that many of our customers may be struggling financially or have no access to load or mobile services because of the ECQ in many areas. Through Globe’s load and promo loans, we hope we can help our customers especially at this time,” ayon kay Diane Bautista, VP, Globe Feel Valued Tribe.
Ang mga prepaid customers ay maaring makautang ng load na mula P5 hanggang P50 ang halaga.
Ang bayad sa inutang na load ay kukulektahin na lang kapag nakapagpaload na ang subscriber.
Kung hindi naman qualified ang subscriber, maaring i-avail ang emergency services ng Globe na 5MB data para sa halagang P5 o 3 texts sa Globe/TM.
Maaring i-dial ang *143# sa mobile phone at piliin ang option na “Loans” para sa Globe o “Utang” para sa TM upang makita ang available load loan, promo loan at emergency text o data services.
Ayon sa Globe, makikita pa rin sa menu description ang “service fee” pero waived na ito hanggang April 15, 2020.
“Service fees are temporarily waived to ease the burden customers are faced with at this time,” dagdag pa ng Globe.
