Sylvia Sanchez at asawang si Art Atayde, positibo sa COVID-19
Tinamaan ng Coronavirus Disease o COVID-19 ang batikang aktres na si Sylvia Sanchez at asawa nitong si Arturo Atayde.
Sa Instagram, inanunsiyo ito ng aktres sa pamamagitan ng pag-post ng resulta ng isinagawang pagsusuri sa kanila ng Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM).
Ayon sa aktres, noong March 24, dinala siya at ang kaniyang asawa sa Cardinal Santos Medical Center makaraang makaranas ng chills.
Nagkaroon pa aniya ng ubo at nahirapang makahinga ang kaniyang asawa.
Dahil dito, sumalang sila sa COVID-19 swab test at simula nito ay naka-self isolate na sila.
“A week later, we finally received the results and we both came out positive for COVID19,” ayon kay Sylvia.
Kasunod nito, hiniling ng aktres sa lahat na kanilang nakasalamuha bago ang ipinatupad na community quarantine na i-monitor kung makakaranas ng sintomas ng sakit tulad ng hirap sa paghinga, ubo, lagnat, LBM at sore throat.
Sinabi naman ng aktres na unti-unti nang bumubuti ang kondisyon nilang mag-asawa.
“Art and I are getting better each day. Although this is slower than our usual recovery, we know that with prayers and strict compliance with our doctor’s orders, we will get there,” pahayag ni Sylvia.
Pinayuhan naman ng aktres ang lahat na mag-ingat, uminom ng vitamins at manatili sa bahay para hindi kumalat ang virus.
“Stay safe, healthy and take your 1000mg of vitamin C and 20mg of zinc daily! Most importantly, stay home to help prevent the spread of the virus,” ani Sylvia.
