Grammy Award winner Joe Diffie pumanaw dahil sa COVID-19

Pumanaw dahil sa COVID-19 ang singer-songwriter at Grammy Award winner na si Joe Diffie.

Noong Biyernes, inanunsyo ng kaniyang publicist na ang 61 anyos na singer ay positibo sa COVID-19.

Si Joe Diffie ay dalawang beses nagkaroon ng nominasyon sa Grammy Awards at noong 1998 ay nanalo siya para sa Best Country Collaboration with Vocals category sa kantang Same Old Train.

Kabilang sa mga kantang pinasikat ni Diffie aya ng “John Deere Green,” “Prop Me Up Beside The Jukebox,” “Third Rock From The Sun,” “If The Devil Danced (In Empty Pockets),” “New Way (To Light Up An Old Flame),” “Pickup Man,” “Bigger Than The Beatles,” “Home,” “Ships That Don’t Come In,” “Honky Tonk Attitude,” “So Help Me Girl,” “Texas Size Heartache,” “A Night To Remember,” “It’s Always Somethin’” at marami pa.
