Nagpositibo ang aktres na si Iza Calzado sa Coronavirus Disease o COVID-19.
Sa Facebook, inanunsiyo ng kanyang talent manager na si Noel Ferrer na lumabas ang resulta ng pagsusuri sa aktres, araw ng Biyernes.
“She is recovering well as she was aggressively treated for pneumonia and the virus. She can actually breath now without any oxygen assistance,” pahayag ni Noel.
Muli naman aniyang susuriin si Iza at titignan kung magnenegatibo na ito sa nakakahawang sakit.
Aniya pa, walang nakikitang sintonas sa asawa nitong si Ben Wintle at iba pang nakasalamuha nito.
“She doesn’t know where she contracted the virus from, but it’s best for all of us to take seriously the advice of doctors and health authorities on proper hygiene, physical distancing, quarantine and social responsibility,” dagdag pa ni Ferrer.
Nagpasalamat naman si Ferrer sa nga medical frontliner na patuloy na nag-aasikaso sa mga apektado ng virus tulad ni Iza.
Humiling din ito ng panalangin para sa paggaling ni Iza at iba pang apektado ng sakit.
Noong March 25, inanunsiyo ng aktres sa kanyang Instagram account na na-confine siya sa ospital dahil sa pneumonia.
