ACT-CIS Partylist Rep. Eric Go-Yap nananatiling negatibo sa COVID-19; RITM umamin sa pagkakamali

Humingi ng paumanhin ang Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) kay ACT-CIS Partylist Rep. Eric Go-Yap.

Ito ay matapos magkamali ang RITM nang sabihin kay Yap na nagpositibo siya sa COVID-19.

Ayon sa RITM, nananatiling negatibo sa sakit si Yap.

Pagkakamali umano sa encoding ang nangyari na nadiskubre lamang kagabi (March 26).

“We wish to publicly apologize to Hon. ACT-CIS Partylist Rep. Eric Go-Yap for forwarding a report of his COVID-19 results that displayed a clerical oversight,” ayon sa RITM.

Sinabi ng RITM na isolated incident ang pagkakamali.

Tinitiyak ng RITM na ang kanilang testing process ay tumutugon sa protocol ng World Health Organization (WHO) at accurate ang inilalabas nilang resulta.

Para naman makasiguro, sinabi ng RITM na ni-review na nila ang lahat ng mga nagdaang resulta.

Nagdagdag din ng verification process ang WHO para sa mga susunod nilang ilalabas na resulta.
