WHO naglabas ng limang healthy tips para makaiwas sa COVID-19

Naglabas ng limang tips ang World Health Organization (WHO) na maaring sundin ng publiko para manatiling malusog at ligtas ngayong mayroong pandemic ng COVID-19.

Sinabi ni WHO Dirctor Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus na ang pananatiling malakas ang katawan ay malakig bagay para hindi dapuan ng sakit.

Payo ng WHO sa publiko na gawin angs sumusunod na hakbang.

1. Eat healthy diet
2. Limit alcohol consumption and sugary drinks
3. Do not smoke
4. Exercise daily
5. Look after your mental health

Ayon sa WHO, ang pag-eehersisyo sa araw-araw ay dapat hindi bababa sa 30 minuto para sa mga nasa edad na at 1 oras para sa mga bata.

Maari aniyang sumayaw-sayaw para sa mga nananatili sa kanilang mga bahay.

Maari ding mag-akyat baba ng hagdanan.

Pwede ring maglakad-lakad kung pinapayagan base sa umiiral na guidelines.
