Sa bisa ng Executive Order No. 24 epektibo ang liquor ban simula kahapon March 26.
Habang umiiral ang ban, bawal ang magbenta at bumili ng alak sa lahat lugar sa lungsod.
Bawal din ang pag-inom ng alak sa mga pampublikong lugar.
Mananatili ang ban sa kasagsagan ng pag-iral ng Enhanced Community Quarantine.
