Magkakasa ang Caritas Manila ng proyekto kasabay ng enhanced community quarantine bunsod ng COVID-19.
Ayon kay Fr. Anton Pascual, executive director ng Caritas Manila, target nilang magbigay ng grocery vouchers sa mga higit na nangangailan sa Metro Manila.
Inaasahang maabot ng proyekto ang isang milyong mahihirap sa NCR.
