Detention van ni US Marine Joseph Scott Pemberton, ililipat sa compound ng ISAFP
Pinaplano ng mga otoridad na ilipat si US Marine Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton sa compound ng Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines sa Camp Aguinaldo sa Taguig.
Kasalukuyang nakadetine si Pemberton sa isang container van sa loob ng compound ng Philippines-United States Mutual Defense Board-Security Engagement Board na matatagpuan din sa Camp Aguinaldo.
Ayon kay Bureau of Corrections director Ricardo Rainier Cruz, naghihintay lamang sila ng engineering unit mula sa US bago nila tuluyang ilipat ang detention van ni Pemberton.
Nakipag-ugnayan na aniya ang mga opisyal ng US sa ISAFP kaugnay ng paglilipat kay Pemberton.
Bagaman nahatulan na ng Olongapo City court noong Disyembre dahil sa pamamaslang sa transgender na si Jeffrey “Jennifer” Laude, nanatili pa rin nakakulong sa detention van si Pemberton.
Sinentensiyahan ng korte si Pemberton na makulong ng anim hanggang labing dalawang taon.
