Manila water, naglabas ng abiso ukol sa meter reading at billing

(UPDATED) Inihayag ng Manila Water na ia-adopt ang average billing sa kasagsagan ng enhanced community quarantine bunsod ng COVID-19.

Sa inilabas na abiso, sinabi ng Manila Water na ito ang gagawin kasunod ng pansamantalang suspensyon ng meter reading at billing activities simula March 17, 2020.

Inabisuhan ng Maynila Water ang mga customer na ibabase ang kanilang water bill sa average consumption sa nakalipas na tatlong buwan, alinsunod sa MWSS Regulatory Office’s approved policy sa application ng average billing.

“Any difference versus actual consumption will be reflected and charges will be adjusted on your next bill when we resume read-and-bill operations. We will revert to the normal billing process when the government authorities officially confirm the end of the enhanced community quarantine,” dagdag ng water concessionaire.

Para sa mga customer na may katanungan, maaaring magpadala ng mensahe sa pamamagitan ng kanilang Facebook at Twitter accounts.
