DepEd naglabas ng template sa pag-compute ng 4th quarter grades ng mga estudyante
Naglabas ng transmutation templates ang Department of Educagtion na maaring magamit ng mga guro sa pag-compute ng 4th quarter grades ng kanilang mga estudyante.
Ito ay para sa mga eskwelahan na hindi na nakapagdaos ng 4th Quarter Examination dahil sa suspensyon ng mga klase.
Ayon sa DepEd, ang grade para sa 4th quarter ay maaring ibase sa written work at performance tasks ng estudyante.
Maaring gamitin ang templates sa sumusunod:
• Grade 1 to Grade 10
• Senior High School – Academic Track
• Senior High School – TVL, Sports and Arts and Design Tracks

Kailangang ilagay ang pangalan ng estudyante, raw scores at highest possible scores para sa written work at performance tasks.
Ang template na ang kusang magco-compute ng percentage score, weighted score at transmuted grade.
